I've moved all of my craft activities downstairs into our dining room this week. Thankfully, the room faces south and from lunchtime onwards, it's filled with a warming, golden sunshine - blissful as the autumn sets in and the dark nights get earlier and earlier.
Now, although I haven't got a photograph of my own dining room to share with you (because we haven't bought curtains or carpet yet!) I can share some of my Flickr Favourites with you - ones which have that same sense of light and air - and perhaps you'll understand why I am so grateful for these last days of sunshine before the winter truly arrives.

ReplyDeleteYes, they truly are absolutely gorgeous! And I can imagine the luxury of a dining room as I sit cramped at my two-person table stuck in the kitchen. Oh to dream. Can't wait to see your actual space!
ReplyDeleteooo really pretty. it would be so great to have a dining room like that! I hope the magical carpet and curtain fairy turns up soon, so we can oo and ah at your dining room too.
