Pretty Papers Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

It's been a little while since the last Sunday Sneak, but it's been difficult to fit in Pocket Letters while it's been a wee bit busy (understatement of the century) at work! But, I've had a little time off recently and I filled it (to the brim) with crafting, so I have a lot to share over the next few weeks!

First, there's a little sneak, or two, of a 'Pretty Papers' Pocket Letter, that I sent out this week. I'm so excited about this one, as it features a lot of Maggie Holmes and Dear Lizzy.

This little section (shown above) is easily my favourite bit of the whole letter. Who wouldn't love cute labels, star sequins, stitching, and a lovely little flower? I can't wait until this one arrives at it's destination, so that I can share the rest!

Happiness {Sunday Sneak}

It's been a little while since the last Sunday Sneak, while I've been busily working on Design Team work for RineaSwedish House Crafts and the Counterfeit Kit Challenge. But now, I have a little sneak to share.

It's a fun, happy little project, that I'm not allowed to share in full. Just looking at the colours makes me feel happy. Care to guess what it's for?

Sci-Fi Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

This week's Sunday Sneak is a 'Two For One'. It's a sneak at a new Pocket Letter (with a Sci-Fi theme) and it's a sneak of the May Kit for the Counterfeit Kit Challenge, which will be revealed tomorrow. It's an amazingly inspiring kit and I have really enjoyed working with it!

For those interested in Pocket Letters, I can recommend the Pocket Letters Pals Network and Janette Lane's own YouTube Channel for an overview, but I'm more than happy to help. Just leave me a comment!

Boss Babe Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

I've been sharing sneaks of my recent Pocket Letters for the last few weeks and, I love it, so it's staying as a little feature. (You can see the rest by checking out Sunday Sneak.) Having said that, I will be very happy when they start to arrive at their destinations and I can reveal them in full. It's becoming more difficult to stay disciplined, but I don't want to ruin the surprise for my friends - so I shall remain on my best behaviour!

I loved the colour combination for this Pocket Letter - Black, White & Red - it's a classic! I used the older, but still lovely 'Mint Julep Collection' from My Mind's Eye, with some of my favourite stamps from Heidi Swapp and Ali Edwards.

Spring Garden Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

It's time for a new sneak. I'm really excited about this one. It's a little corner from my latest Pocket Letter and it's on the way to someone really, really, special!

It's soft, delicate and full of little details and I honestly think that it will be on my list of 'Favourite Makes' for a very long time! I cannot wait to show it off in full, but I want it to be a lovely surprise when it reaches it's destination. I'll have to be disciplined!

(I've been sharing sneaks now for the last few weeks and, I love it. So, it's staying as a little feature. You can see the rest by checking out Sunday Sneak.)

No Rain, No Rainbow Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

I had so much fun with the Life Is A Song Pocket Letter that I decided to enter a few more events over at the Pocket Letter Pals Network. One of the best bits about the events is the random draw of names, which means that you are never sure who you will be swapping with! And, for the 'No Rain, No Rainbow' event, I was matched with a lady who has *completely* different tastes to me!

So, I challenged myself to creating a Pocket Letter that combined both modern/minimalist (me, obviously) and shabby-chic (so *not* me) because I really wanted to send something that would be well received. Got to love a challenge, right?

I have a ton of shabby-chic style supplies - leftover from when I started scrapbooking and shabby-chic was everywhere - and, I have to admit, that I really enjoyed making something a little out of my comfort zone.

I can't wait until the letter reaches it's final destination. I am, of course, waiting anxiously to find out if it's loved by the recipient, but I also really, really want to share it with you!

Life Is A Song Pocket Letter {Sunday Sneak}

This morning, I want to share a new love with you! Pocket Letters! I know, I know, Pocket Letters have been around for a while, but I needed a new, little 'something, something' to add to my crafting and the more Pocket Letters I saw over on Instagram, the more I fell in love. So, last month, I headed on over to the Pocket Letter Pals Network; found an event; and joined in!

The theme of the event was 'Life Is A Song' and what better way for me to start a new venture than with a nod to one of my first loves? I had a lot of fun creating my first Pocket Letter, not only because it's creative, but also because of the letter writing element. It was fun to write for someone else.

The Pocket Letter hasn't reached it's new owner, but it's safe to share a little 'sneak'. Just one corner and a corner of an 'extra' that I included with the Pocket Letter. I cannot wait until my new friend, @cath_happymail, receives it!
